In the early days of our fledgling collective, finding potential recording artists for Relaxing Music World turned out to be a fairly simple task because all of the participating musicians were close friends and associates of RMW founder Patrick Ki. Without a pressing need to expand our artist roster at that point, we decided instead to put our energies into producing compilation albums and generating supplemental income for our family of musicians. With much gratitude, we have begun to see the fruits of our labor, although there is still much more we wish to accomplish! 

However, as Bob Dylan once observed,,, the times they are a changing. After much consideration, we feel the time has come for RMW to diversify our distribution channels. It is also our hope to reach out to other musicians who extend beyond the scope of our current circle of artists. We feel our new website will help us to accomplish these goals ; but we are also clear in our intention to remain a company run by musicians for the benefit of other musicians, no matter what changes may happen with the industry in the future.
